Q&A

Q:Processing parameters for roll products

Maxflex roll products are vacuum packaged with multi-layer wear-resistant composite aluminum bags. It is recommended to use them all at once as soon as possible after opening to avoid bubble problems caused by prolonged exposure to air and moisture absorption.

According to the design of the automated production line and customer needs, the length of the rolls may vary. Please consult sales personnel for details.

The processing parameters of the rolls may vary due to the automation equipment design and rolls specifications of the manufacturer. Maxflex products are suitable for most automated production equipment in the market.

Q:Damaged packaging

Maxflex dental sheets or rolls products are vacuum packaged using wear-resistant, scratch resistant, and high barrier multi-layer aluminum foil bags, which are less prone to packaging damage. If there is any damage to the vacuum packaging, please contact our sales representatives for handling.

Q:The gingival line morphology of aligner trimming

The gingival line trimming generally has three common forms: inner/outer straight lines, inner straight lines/outer wavy lines, and inner/outer wavy lines.

Q:Aligner Laser marking

There are many types of dental sheets in the market, and it is necessary to choose a suitable laser to mark different materials. The marking results of the aligner should be clear and distinguishable. If the marking effect is not ideal, it may be related to the type of laser or the aligner material in general. For more information, please contact our sales representatives.

Q:Aligner polishing

After using aligner trimming machine, the trimming area of the aligner may be relatively sharp. Tools such as polishing wheels can be used for manual operation, or a polishing machine can be used to polish the aligner edges.
