Q:Free samples of dental sheets and delivery time

Maxflex can provide a small quantity of free samples for evaluation. Please contact us directly by phone or email. Samples with inventory can be delivered within a couple of weeks.

Q:Packaging and shelf life of dental sheet products

Maxflex dental sheets and roll are produced in a temperature and humidity control environment whiich is built in accordance with the 100,000 level class 5 in ISO 14644 standard. Our sheet/roll products are vacuum packaged using wear-resistant, scratch resistant, and high barrier multi-layer aluminum foil bags. The shelf life of Maxflex dental sheets is usually 3 years. Q:Dental sheet performance

The performance of Maxflex dental sheets is tested in accordance with the China industry standard YY/T 1819-2022 Dentistry-Diaphragm for orthodontic aligner. For details, please consult our sales representatives to obtain relevant product documents.


Q:Differences in dental sheet materials

Polymer raw materials that can be used for clear aligners include copolyesters, TPU, PMMA, EVA, PP, PE, etc. There are significant differences in the performance of different polymers, among which copolyesters and TPU are the most common materials for clear aligners and retainers in recent years.

The structure of the dental sheets is also an important factor in determining aligner performance, and the dental sheets structure can be divided into single-layer, double-layer, composite multi-layer, etc.

In addition, the manufacturing process of the dental sheets has an impact on the performance of the sheets itself.
