A: Currently, Maxflex has the capability to manufacture corresponding retainers based on oral scan data. For more information, please refer to our sales people.

Maxflex conventional equipment have functions such as one click start, quick installation, and maintenance-free. After receiving the equipment, global users can contact our after-sales team to schedule remote installation and training services.

Routine after-sales issues can be submitted to our technical service team via email  support@maxflexbrace.com for remote diagnosis and resolution of most after-sales issues.


Q:Compatibility between aligner trimming machine and orthodontic tooth arrangement software

The gingival line software associated with the Maxflex aligner trimming machine is OrthCurve. This software integrates the functions such as model processing and gingival line generation, and can match model data exported from most orthodontic and dental software worldwide with strong compatibility.


Q:Device interface and language

At present, the conventional equipment of Maxflex is equipped with LCD touch screens and offers three language options: Chinese, English, and Russian. More languages will be added In the future.
