Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing and establishing good relationships with overseas customers, understanding customer needs, and providing corresponding products or service solutions, including but not limited to quotations, business negotiations with customers, contract signing, etc.

2. Communicate with customers by phone, email, or face-to-face, answer customer questions, and provide professional customer support.

3. Ensure that the products or services required by customers are provided on time, and solve customer problems and complaints.

4. Track customer orders and delivery status to ensure that orders are completed accurately, including but not limited to reconciliation with customers.

5. Analyze the market and competition, provide market feedback and suggestions, and assist in formulating sales and marketing strategies.

6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys with customers regularly, collect feedback, and take necessary improvement measures.

7. Actively learn industry knowledge and skills, guide customers to achieve smooth production, and help them solve product-related problems.
